Tate Spivey, Head Coach
Tate is joining Danville Locomotive after finishing a successful 6 year stint as the Assistant Coach at Centre College. During his time at Centre the Colonels had a combined record of 63-34-12, appearing in 5 consecutive conference finals, 3 NCAA Tournament appearances and was a vital part of the historic 2019 run to the NCAA Final Four.
Prior to Tate’s coaching career he had a decorated playing career at Transylvania University. During his time at Transy, Tate was a four year starter and two year Captain, twice being named 1st team all conference.
Tate is very active in youth soccer in the Central Kentucky area. He currently coaches two National League teams for Kings Hammer Academy in Lexington, Ky. He also runs a soccer specific personal training business in his hometown of Harrodsburg, KY.

Wyatt Durbin, Assistant Coach
Wyatt Durbin is a former NCAA Division I student-athlete from Saint Francis University and is now an assistant coach for the University of Northwestern Ohio (UNOH) Racers. Throughout the 2022 season, his coaching contributed to the team’s national ranking every week.
Hailing from Richmond, Kentucky, Durbin boasts a rich soccer background. Before joining the Red Flash, he was part of the U-16 and U-18 United States Soccer Development Academy (USSDA) teams at Shattuck St. Mary’s. His experience extended to the Premier Development League (PDL) – now known as USL League Two – where he played for the Derby City Rovers and Reading United.
Post-playing career, Durbin returned to his home state and made a name for himself in coaching and developing goalkeepers. Before joining UNOH, he held positions at Centre College and Kings Hammer Bluegrass.
Jack Little, Media Manager 

Jack Little has spent the last 4 years as the head of the Boyle County Sports Network at Boyle County High School where he has called countless live sporting events on BCSN, managed the @BRNNews2223 twitter account, and written for both bigrebelnation.org and the Danville Advocate-Messenger.
Jack has a passion for soccer. He was a second team all-state midfielder in high school and has played for Central Kentucky Storm FC since he was 8 years old. His love transcends the playing field and he is extremely excited about the opportunity to head up the Danville Locomotive Media department.
